Tech time is sold in 1-hour increment. Each 1 (one) quantity equals 1 (one) hour of tech time. Actual time is spent in 15 minute increments. Hours that are not used will be credited to your account. Example-If you purchase 1 hour of tech time, and we log onto your system and solve an issue that only takes 15 min, you still have 45 minutes credited to your account.
