I have a current support plan with Sabre Software
If you already have a support agreement with Sabre Software, there are few ways you can contact us to get your technical questioned answered.
If the problem is an urgent need and you need an answer as soon as possible, please call our tech line at 877-297-3444 and hit the strategic tech support option. This will route your call to our first available technician to help troubleshoot your issue.
If your need is NOT an urgent need, please send an email to help@sabresd.com and put in the subject line: TECH SUPPORT (Click on the email link to have the subject already entered for you). This will send an email to our tech on deck who monitors this email. He will look at your need then assign the task to our next available technician for that matter.
Before you contact us, be sure to check out or frequently asked questions and our training videos. They offer some great tips and advice to help you get your GoldMine functioning. They also do not take up tech hours!
