Basic Club Membership

The Basic Club Membership from Sabre Software Design is a support and customization membership that gives our customers the ability to call for support or for customizations, and get access to training classes!

Our Basic Club membership includes that follow items:

• FREE quick calls for System Administrators- A Quick Call is any phone call by the Company's designated Administrator to support your current installation that is under 30 minutes. If we need to log into your system, the call then becomes a chargeable tech support event and deducted from your Club Hours. We will do our best to answer the question without going onto your system, but it is our technical support team's discretion if they need to log onto the system.
• Three monthly Seminars with Unlimited Attendees (single login)-Sabre Software offers 3 monthly web seminars for anyone who is enrolled in our Standard Club Membership. These seminars include Navigating GoldMine, How to Create Letter Templates, and How To Do Email Marketing Campaigns.
• Hands On End User and Administration Public Training Classes-Graduates of Administrator Training are invited to attend our monthly Advanced Skill Build Web Session with our Senior Technician, Greg Arney.
• Access to our Online Video Help library-We have created an online video library that has short How-To videos on a wide array of topics. These are available for your staff at their convience and included in your Standard Club membership. These videos DO NOT count against your hours. Your hours can now be used for Support and Customization videos. We do not want to prevent people from asking questions (hence the how to video and free Quick Calls)

Basic Membership is $375 per month billed quarterly ($1125 total every 3 months) and the company is assigned 8 hours per quarter for support or customizations.
